Jiggly Bee Apricot Cheese Cake
■ Cooking time: about 30 minutes (excluding cooling time in refrigerator)

■ Ingredients
· Cream cheese ... 200 g
· Sugar ... 60g
· Yogurt ... 180 g
· Lemon juice ... 2 teaspoons
· Heavy cream ... 120ml
· Powdered gelatin ... 10 g (Melt with 50 cc of hot water)
· Orange juice ... 500ml
· Powdered gelatin ... 10 g (Melt with 50 cc of hot water)
· Apricot ... 8 pieces
· Chocolate pen (brown, white) ... appropriate amount
· Almond ... appropriate amount
■ Steps
1. Pour cream cheese, sugar, yogurt, lemon juice, and heavy cream into a food processor and blend
2. Add gelatin dissolved with hot water and lightly mix
3. Pour into mold and cool in refrigerator until solidified to some extent
4. Add gelatin dissolved with hot water in orange juice and mix well
5. Pour 4 over 3, place bubble wrap on, and chill it in refrigerator
6. Once 5 has settled, remove bubble wrap, place apricot on top, write patterns and eyes with chocolate pens, and decorate with almonds. Done♪
