■Ingredients
・Bread (campagne)…1 (150g)
・Seafood Mix (frozen)…160g
・Onion…1
・Spinach…100g
・Clam chowder soup (campbell)…1 can
・Cheese...some

■Steps
1. Add onion, seafood mix and spinach into the pan. Steam them in it with a lid.
2. Pour a clam chowder soup into it, mix them. (add water if the one from steaming veggies is not enough.) 3. Cut the top off the bread and hollow out the inside. Pour the above (2) into it, cover with cheese.
4. Cook in an oven at preheated 200 ℃ for 15 min.
※Cut the inside bread into bite-sized pieces, serve as the breadtoasted.
