■ Cooking time: about 30 minutes (except under preparation)
■ Ingredients cost: about 170 yen
・ Hot water ... 250 ml
・ Food color ... Pink
・ Gelatin: 10 g
・ 50g of sugar
・ Salted cherry blossoms ... 13 pieces
・ Condensed milk ... Appropriate amount
Soak salted cherry blossoms in water for about 20 to 30 minutes and remove salt.
1. Put pink food color and gelatin in hot water and mix until dissolved.
2. Pour into a spherical ice tray. Add salted cherry blossoms one by one and harden in a refrigerator.
3. Completed by drizzling on condensed milk!
A slight salty taste enhances sweetness.
