LEMON SHERBET ON TOP CHEESECAKE
・Cream cheese...100g
・Sugar...1 1/2 TBSP
・Plain yogurt...50g
・Lemon juice...1 tbsp
・Lemon sherbet...few
(TOPPINGS)
・Sliced lemon...2 slices
・Honey...few
・Chervil...few for garnishing
・Thin layer of sponge cake...1 serve
STEPS
PREPARATION
・Marinate sliced lemon with honey then top on the chilled sponge cake
1. Place cream cheese in a bowl then add in sugar, heavy cream and lemon juice, combine well
2. Pour the cream cheese mixture on the top of sponge cake, let it chill in the freezer
3. Top lemon sherbet on the chilled cake
4. Garnish with sliced lemon and chervil to finish
