How to Make Rice Cooker Souffle Cheeseca
■ Ingredients(5 cooked rice cooker)
- Cream cheese ... 400g
- Sugar ... 100g
- Eggs … 6 pieces
- Lemon juice ... some 100g
- Pancake mix ... 100g
- Heavy cream ... 200ml
Topping
-Powdered suger
■ Step
1.Add cream cheese, sugar, yolk and lemon juice to the bowl in this order and mix them.
2.Add pancake mix to 1 and mix.
3.Add heavy cream to 2 and mix.
4.Put egg whites in other bowl and whisk until they peak.
5.put it in a rice cooker and complete after heating for 50 minutes.
