・ Boiled water… 120ml
・ Red bean paste ... 50g
・ White bean paste ... 200g
・ Beet powder ... 5g
・ Butterfly pea… 5g
・ Pumpkin powder… 5g
・ Black sesame paste… 5g
1. Mix tapioca flour and boiling water in a bowl several times. Knead while hot, and lump for 20 minutes.
2. Separate the white bean paste and mix beet powder, butterfly pea, pumpkin powder and black sesame paste into each to make different colors.
3. Knead the desired color in 30g each and wrap in the dough.
4. Boil until they float and put in cold water, drain and complete.
