Cheesy Potato with Garlic Butter
FULL RECIPE:
■Ingredients
・Potato…1
・Ham…2 slices
・Sliced cheese…2
・Butter…30g
・Salt
・Grated garlic…1 tsp
・Basil…1tsp
■Preparation
Put butter in a microwave-safe container and microwave for 50 sec. (600w)
■Steps
1. Cut ham and cheese into 3 strips.
2. Cut one side of the potato to create a flat surface. Place two chopsticks on either side of potato. Cut down into the potato until you hit the chopsticks. Insert ham into slices.
3. Cut the potato in a grid pattern. Insert the cheese.
4. Mix melted butter, salt, grated garlic and basil.
5.Place #3 on a baking sheet, pour #4 on top and bake at 220℃ for 20min.
