・Garlic chives…1 small bunch
・Thinly sliced pork belly …6 slices
・Chili Threads 1 Pinch
1.Place garlic chives and fried tofu on the slices of pork belly and roll up.
2. Fry them in a heated pan until they are browned. Add the sauce and fry until they turn glossy.
3. Add the garlic chives left and fry together. Serve them in a dish.
