Glossy Spherical Chocolate Dessert
■ Cooking time: 20 minutes (excluding cooling time)

■ Ingredients
· Milk chocolate ... 300 g
· Heavy cream ... 150ml
· Whipped cream ... appropriate amount
· Cookie ... 6

· Gold foil ... appropriate amount
· Chocolate stick ... appropriate amount
■ Steps
1. Warm cream in a pot and add chocolate and mix until melted
2. Pour 1 in a silicone mold and cool in a refrigerator for 10 minutes.
3. When 2 cools and hardens, squeeze the whipped cream, cover it with cookie, place more chocolate cream from 1 on and let it cool in a freezer until hardened. (About 1 hour)
4. Warm up the chocolate cream from 1 until it becomes a little runny. Take 3 out from the mold and pour the rest of the chocolate cream on and decorate with gold foil etc. It's done♪
