・ Iced coffee with sugar…200ml
・ Gomme syrup …40ml
・ Gelatine…10g(5g each)
・ Whipped cream and fruits for decoration
1.Mix gomme syrup with milk. Microwave 3Tbsp for 1 minute on 600w. Do the same with the coffee.
2.Add the gelatine each to the warm milk and coffee and mix well. Add them to the rest of the milk and coffee.
3.Pour some of the milk into a glass. Put it in your refrigerator for about 15 minutes to set.
4.Tilt the glass to see if it's still runny. If not, pour the coffee in and refrigerate again.
5.Repeat until the glass is filled with the layers.
