・Pork belly...4 slices
・Salt and pepper...few sprinkels
1. Hold sasauge sideaways and slice all way down one side, rotate 90 degrees and slice again. (see the clip)
2. Place a sausage on a slice of pork belly, roll it up and season with salt and pepper.
3. Coat with plain flour, egg and bread crumbs step by step and deep fry in 180~200 degress oil.
When the colour goes golden brown, it is ready to serve.
