Sautéed Pork in a Lemon Ginger Sauce
■Ingredients(1 serving)
・1 pork loin
・Salt & pepper
・Weak flour
・Butter
・Lemon slices
・1/2 tbs. sake
・1 tsp. lemon juice
・1 tsp. soy sauce
・1/2 tsp. ginger
・1 tbs. honey
・Rice
■Steps
1. Make a few cuts on pork to prevent shrinkage. Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour.
2. Heat butter in a frying pan and cook until browned on both sides.
3. Pour the combined ingredients. Add lemon slices and stir.
4. Serve over rice with salad and soup. Pour sauce.
