■ Ingredients
· Curry ... 150g
· Rice ... 300g
- Pork belly meat ... 200 g
· Flour ... appropriate amount
· Eggs ... 1
· Bread crumbs ... suitable amount
■ Steps
1. Wrap curry in bite size balls and freeze
2. Wrap 1 with rice and wind the pork belly around the whole rice ball
3. Coat in flour, egg liquid, bread crumbs in that order, and fry until crisp. Done♪
