INGREDIENTS
・Cooked rice...2 bowls
・Sushi vinegar...few
・Japanese rice seasoning(any flavours)...few sprinkels
・seaweed...1 sheet
・Perilla...3 leaves
・Egg omelette.. 1 thin slice
・Flying fish roe...few
・Cucumber...1 (thin cut)
・Smoked salmon...few

STEPS
(Preparation)
Mix the vinegar and rice together then let it sit for a while. Prepare a sheet is the same size as seaweed sheet. Then draw lines on the blank sheet, leave 4 cm in between the lines.

1. divide the rice into 4 groups, then color the rice with seasoning sprinkles.
2. Place the blank sheet and wrap on the sushi bamboo mat, arrange the colored rice on the preferred lines.
(It is easier to do the rice with a spoon that dipped in vinegar for seconds.)
3. Add seaweed, perilla leaves, egg omelette, cucumber and smoked salmon on the rice, then roll it up and press firmly to make it tight.
4. Cut the sushi roll with the wrap in your preferred thickness, servie them on a plate ♪
