・Chocolate sponge cake...1 serve
・Peel banana skin and cut into small slices
1. Cut the size of sponges cake to fit the mould
2. Stuff in the sponge cake in the mould, pipe out the cream on the top of the cake, top with plenty of banana then top on another sponges, pipe out the cream on, top with banana.
3. Repeat same but top with minced chocolate instead of banana.
4. Top with banana and garnish with mint leaves to finish
