■ Ingredients (15㎝ mould)
White chocolate …125g（approximately 2 bars）
Lemon juice…1 TBSP
Strawberries…6〜7 grains（for fillings）
Strawberries…２〜3 grains（for toppings）
Mints…few for garnishing
Chocolate in pink color
1.Mince 8 grains of strawberries, add sugar and lemon juice, have it well blended and wrapped.Heat in a 500w microwave for 1~ 2 mins)
2.Place cream cheese, chopped and minced white chocolate in a microwavable bowl, heat to melt in the microwave for 2 ~ 3 mins.
3. Add yogurt, gelatin in the mixture that made at step2, blend them properly.
4. Stick the heart-shaped strawberries along the cake mould, pour the mixture that made at step3 into the mould.Then freeze in a fridge for 1 hour(approximate measurement).
5. Top with whipped cream, prepared fruits and chocolate and garnish with leaves of mints, Enjoy♪
