· Nori seaweed ... 4 pieces
· Vinegar rice (sumeshi) ... 400g
· Mentaiko (cod roe) ... 20g
· Kinsen (fried and cut) eggs ... 10 g
· Large leaf ... 1 sheet
· Minced tuna (negitoro) ... 100g
· Tuna ... 250g
· Salmon ... 100g
· Scallops ... 4 slices
· Tobiko (Flying fish roe) ... 30 g
· Avocado ... 1/2 pieces
· Ikura ... 30 g

■ Steps
1. Combine 4 pieces of nori seaweed and cut it into circles. Put Vinegar rice thinly on the whole part
2. Decorate it into two kinds of pizza, the first type is kinshin (fried and cut) egg, mentaiko (cod roe), big chopped leaf
3. In the second type, put minced tuna thinly over the remaining rice and spread tuna, salmon, avocado, scallops, flying fish roe, and salmon roe in places.
