■ Ingredients
Tart dough
· Honey ... 15g
· Milk ... 30ml
· Oil ... 2 tablespoons
· Cake flour ... 100g
· Salt ... 2g
· Baking powder ... 2 g

· Irohasu strawberry flavor ... 340ml
· Agar ... 10g
· Strawberry ... 1
· Mint ... appropriate amount

■ Steps
1. Mix honey, milk, oil in the bowl until emulsified.
2. Add flour, salt, baking powder to another bowl, mix lightly, add 1 and mix together into dough.
3. Roll out the dough to 2 to 3 mm thick, put in rice as pie stones, bake for 15 minutes in a 180 degree oven, remove rice, bake for another 10 minutes, and let cool.
4. In a pan, add the agar and irohasu, mix it gently. Let it boil, take off and put over ice water, and mix until thickened.
5. Pour 4 into a baked tart shell and chill in a refrigerator to solidify. Add strawberries and mint. Done ♪
