HOMEMADE POTATO GNOCCHI
<Ingredients>
- Potatoes 500g
- Flour 125g
- Tomato sauce
- Basil sauce
- Black pepper
- Cheese
<Process>
1. Mash potatoes and add flour and egg
2. Knead the dough and devide into 7g pieces
3. Boil them for 7 mins
4. Pan fry them and add your favorite pasta sauce!
