Soy sauce: 1tbsp
Sesame oil: 2tsp
Vinegar: 1/2 tsp
Rice: 1 bowl
Shiso leaf: 2
Egg yolk: 1
Sesame seed: some
1. Cut avocado into bite size pieces.
2. Combine soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, vinegar, shredded of shiso leaves in a bowl
3. Mix avocado with No. 2 and marinate them for 30 minutes in the refrigerator
4. Put marinated avocado on the bed of rice and put egg yolk and sesame seeds on top.
