STEPS
1, Place sugar and sugar in a non-stick pan then cook in low heat
2. Stir the content like drawing a circle on the pan, slightly shaking the pan while doing it
Cook for around 7mins then using a spoon to scoop a spoonful of the syrup
Pour on a grain of rock candy, have it covered the rock candy well.
3. Let the syrup chill a bit, adjust the shape as the syrup temp is just right, roll into balls to finish.
