It’s Tea Time! ♡ Big Tiramisu Pie
Who doesn’t love tiramisu and pie? This one is crispy and huge!
■ Cooking time: Approximately 70 minutes
■ Ingredients cost: Approx. 1100 yen
■ Ingredients:
· Cream cheese ... 200 g
· Sugar ... 50 g
· Fresh cream ... 70ml
· Eggs ... 1 piece
· Light flour ... 80g
· Espresso ... 1 tablespoon
· Pie cloth ... 1 sheet
· Mascarpone ... 200 g
· Fresh cream ... 180ml
· Sugar ... 50 g
· Cocoa powder ... appropriate amount
■ Steps
1. In a bowl, mix room temperature cream cheese and sugar
2. Add in fresh cream, eggs, soft flour and mix. Add espresso and mix.
3. Leaving 2 cm of the edge of the pie dough, draw a square. Place mixture from step 2 on the inside and bake for 40 minutes in a 180 degree Celsius oven.
4. Mix mascarpone, fresh cream, sugar in a separate bowl and mix.
5. Squeeze out mascarpone on top of the pie and finish by sifting cocoa powder on top
