- Chestnut ... 75g
- Milk ... 150cc
- Sugar ... 1/2
- Gelatin ... 2g
- Maple syrup ... proper amount
- Whipped cream ... for for decoration
1. Blend chestnut, milk, and sugar.
2. Add melted gelatin into No.1 and mix.
