FULL RECIPE:

■ Ingredients
· Chicken wings ... 5 pieces
· Salt and pepper ... a little
· Salad oil ... 1 tbsp
· Garlic ... 1/2 sprinkle
· Water ... 60ml
· Vinegar ... 60ml
· Cooking sake ... 2 tbsp
· Soy sauce ... 2 tbsp
· Mirin ... 1 tsp
· Honey 2 bsp
· Ginger ... 1/2
· Green onion ... 1 piece
· Egg ... 2 pieces

■ Steps
1. Salt and pepper chicken wings. Make boiled eggs firmly, cut the onions for 3 cm width and chopped garlic and ginger.
2. Heat oil and garlic in a saucepan, stir-fry chicken wings, add water, vinegar, cooking sake, soy sauce, mirin, honey, ginger and simmer for about 20 minutes with a low heat.
3. Add boiled eggs and green onion and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
4. Let it cool down.
