Transparent Lemon Jelly
· Lemon ... 1 piece
· Sugar ... 65 g
· Water ... 70ml
Jelly
· Water ... 400ml
· Agar ... 15g
· Food color ... 1 drop
■Step
1. Cut the lemon into 2 mm. Put sugar and water into a pot and boil, put lemon, heat it for 10 minutes with a low heat. Leave it until it gets cold and strain off.
2. Put water and on another water which was strained 1st step into pot and mix them. Add agar little by little.
3. Boil lightly
4. Pour the jelly into the mold. Add leon slice onto and cold it, complete!
