■Ingredients（for 2 cakes）
・Boiled sweet chestnuts…60g
・Whipped cream (on public sale)…180ml
・Cocoa powder…1 tsp
1. Hollow out a circle in the center of castella.
2. Mince and chop the boiled sweet chestnuts with a knife.
3. Mix whipped cream, chopped chestnuts, cocoa powder and brandy, make a chestnut paste.
4. Put whipped cream on the castella and a chestnut cream on the whipped cream, place a boiled chest nut on the top.
