■ Ingredients (15 cm mold for 1 unit)
· Oreo ... 120g
· Unsalted butter ... 60g
· Chocolate ice cream ... 600ml
· Bitter chocolate ... 150 g
· Gelatin ... 15 g
· Water ... 3 tablespoons

· Pure cocoa ... 6 tablespoons
· Granulated sugar ... 6 tablespoons
· Gelatin ... 2 tablespoons
· Water ... 180ml
· (As you like) gold foil ... appropriate amount

■ Steps
1. Put cookies in ziplock bag and crush finely with rolling pin. Add melted butter and mix in well.
2. Place 1 in the cake mold and spread it with a spoon tightly pushing down. Cool it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Place chocolate in chocolate ice cream, wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600 w.
4. Mix thoroughly until the whole is melted, add gelatin and mix it in, pour into mold and chill for 2-3 hours.
5. Heat 180 ml of water in a heat resistant container at 600 w for 1 minute, add gelatin and mix well. Add granulated sugar and cocoa powder and mix well until there are no clumps. When mixed to a certain extent, heat for 30 seconds and mix again. Repeat 2-3 times until it becomes a glossy liquid.
6. Pour 5 over 4, chill until the surface solidifies and decorate with gold foil as you like. Done♪
