INGREDIENTS (14CM TART MOULD 1 SERVE)

1. Place chopped dark chocolate, heavy cream and orange juice in a sauce pan, cook in low heat until the chocolate is well melted.
2. Turn the heat off when the chocolate is completely melted, add in the butter. Then stir it properly until the butter is melted. Pour the mixture into the mould. Let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
3. Place orange juice in a bowl, heat in a microwave for 30secs, add in gelatine, mix them together and let it chill.
Pour the orange liquid on the top of chilled tart then let it chill in the fridge again to set
