Orange juice ... (with fruit juice) 400 ml
Sugar ... 40 g
Powdered gelatin ... 10 g
1. Peel grapefruit with a kitchen knife, cut between the skin of the bunches and take out large pieces of fruit.
2. Separate about 1/2 cup orange juice from the rest, put in a pot, add sugar and heat, turn off the heat just before it boils, put in powder gelatin and dissolve well (Put over medium heat and before it boils turn down to low heat).
3. Add the remaining juice to 2 and mix well. Slightly wet inside of glass bowl with water and place fruits. Pour juice mixture in.
4. Chill for about 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator to let it solidify and it’s done♪
The shape will be prettier and the texture will be bouncier and more delicious if the jelly is made a little firm!
