A filling dish ever! Tempura Onion ring with Chikuwa ♪

■ Ingredients (4 serves)
Chikuwa(Fish cake/Japanese bamboo ring)...4 sticks
Vegetable oil...use as many as you need
1. Cut Chikuwa into zipper-like tubing with a scissor.
2. Cut onions into rings. Take out the center flesh. Wrap the zipper-like Chikuwa on onion rings.
3. Mix tempura flour and water(around 150 cc) together to coat chikuwa wrapped onion rings.
4. Heat vegetable oil in the pan, deep fry the rings until the color gets brown. Enjoy♪
