Floating Cherry Jelly
■ Ingredients
· Water ... 200ml
· Shaved ice syrup ... 50ml
· Agar ... 10 g
· Cherry ... 3
· Water ... 250ml
· Sugar ... 50 g
· Gelatin … 5g
· Whipped cream ... 50 g
■ Steps
1. Put water, syrup, agar in a pan and boil.
2. Pour 1 to halfway of cup and cool.
3. Hang the cherry tied with thread on the cup and tape.
4. Put water, sugar and gelatin in a pan and boil.
5. Pour 4 into 3 until the cherry is almost submerged and cool.
6. Repeat step 4 again and pour until cherries from step 5 are completely covered. Cool and solidify.
7. Remove the thread, top with whipped cream and it’s done♪
