Refreshing Sour Plum Jelly
Plum ... 10
Sugar ... 300g
Water ... 400cc
Gelatin ... 10g
1. Wash the plums, remove them, and freeze them
2. Put frozen plums, water and sugar in a pan, simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes, add gelatin and mix until melted.
3. Once the excess heat is removed, put it in the refrigerator and let it cool until it's set.
