"Get Rid of Holds"
① When your arm is grabbed, open the thumb and make shape of V.
② At the same time, step a little forward on the side that your arm is grabbed.
③ Hook V shaped hand on to the offender's wrist.
④ When you lift your hands, the offender's would come off.
⑤ Push the offenders with other hand and run away!
"One Hand Shoulder Grab"
① Touch the offender's shoulder and hand lightly.
② Shift the offender's foot towards himself.
③ At the same time, Go under the arm of the offender and push.
④ Run away and report to the police.
