Rich chocolate ice crema dome cake
· Chocolate ice cream ... 600g
· Raspberry sauce ... 50g
· Sponge cake ... 10 cm
· Chocolate cream ... 250 g
· Chocolate ... 250g
· Gold powder ... proper amount
■ Procedure
1. Place a plastic wrap in the bowl and put half of the chocolate ice cream in. Make a hollow, add raspberry sauce and put the rest of chocolate ice in. Make it flat
2. Place a sponge on 1 and solidify for 2 hours in a freezer
3. Remove the plastic wrap of 2 and put chocolate cream on. Solidify for 30 minutes in freezer
4. Pour chocolate on the whole surface. Put some gold powder on
