Enjoy the taste of autumn with this pumpkin cheesecake♡

■ Cooking time: about 40 minutes
■ Ingredients cost: Approximately 900 yen

■ Ingredients
· Pumpkin ... 1

· Cream cheese ... 100 g
· Eggs ... 1 piece
· Condensed milk ... 30g
· Light flour ... 2 tablespoons

· Cream cheese ... 100 g
· Sugar ... 20 g
· Lemon juice ... 1 teaspoon
· Yoghurt ... 40 g
· Gelatin 4g
· Fresh cream ... 100ml

■ Steps
1. Wrap the pumpkin and heat in a 500 W microwave for 6 minutes
2. Cut off the top of the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Remove the inside while leaving a little thickness.
3. Pour cream cheese, the insides of the pumpkin, egg, condensed milk into a food processor and blend it.
Add wheat flour and blend it further
4. Pour mixture from step 3 into the pumpkin and cook in a 170-degree oven for 30 minutes
5. Blend the ingredients other than rare cheese gelatin into a food processor. Add melted gelatin and mix it further
6. Add on top of the mixture from step 4 and let cool in a refrigerator for 5 hours to complete

The contrast between yellow and white is also cute, isn’t it? ♡
