Hot Springs Mousse Cake
Realistic reproduction of hot springs!
Just looking at it will warm you up ♡
・ Cream cheese ... 100g
・ Yogurt 70g
・ Honey ... 60g
・ Lemon juice ... 1 teaspoon
・ Fresh cream ... 100g
・ Finger cookies: appropriate amount
・ Apple jelly ... appropriate amount
・ Whipped cream: appropriate amount
・ Marzipan: appropriate amount
1. Add cream cheese, yogurt, honey, lemon juice and fresh cream into food processor
Mix until it is smooth.
2. Pour into a cake mold with cookies and cool in a refrigerator for 4 hours.
3. Remove from the cake mold, apply whipped cream around it, and add the cookie cut in half.
4. Roll the marzipan into a string, place it on top of the finger cookies, and place the remaining finger cookies on it.
5. Squeeze fresh cream on top of the cake and put a doll made of apple jelly and marzipan inside.
