An unique eggplant dish!
The accordion folds filling its delicacy... yum!
Best to pair with bacon and cheese♪
・Cheese sliced...2 slices
・Pizza cheese...as you expected
・Salt and pepper...as you expected
・Olive oil...few drops
1.Make parallel cuts on a washed eggplant but not all the way through,
so the base of the eggplant remains whole.
2. Slice zucchini into thin slices(less than 1 mm)
3. Between the slices, place thin slices of cut bacon, cheese as well as cut zucchini.
4. Preheat oven in 200 degrees,
sprinkle salt and pepper, pizza cheese and olive oil on the stuffed eggplant,
then bake in the oven for 10 minutes♪
