Crispy! Bread Crust Meatballs !?
The ears of warm bread are transformed into the main dish! !!
■ Ingredients:(10 pieces)
・ Bread crust ... 1 loaf
・ Grounded chicken ... 200g
・ Grated ginger ... 1 tsp
・ Meat egg ... 2 tbsp
・ Potato starch ... 1 tbsp.
・ Cheese: 10 pieces of 1 cm square
・ Salt and pepper ...
・ Frying oil ... appropriate amount
・ Commercial tomato sauce
<Clothing>
・ Soft flour (Hakurikiko)… 3 tbsp
・ Egg ... 1
■ Steps:
1. Dice the bread ears
2. Put ground chicken, grated ginger, beaten egg, potato starch, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix
3. Divide the seeds into 10 equal parts, stuff them into square pieces, and round them.
4. Add a mixture of egg and flour and sprinkle the crusts of the bread.
5. Fry to a good brown color while rolling in oil at a slightly low temperature of 160-170 ℃
(Because the bread contains sugar, it tends to be colored, so be careful when frying.)
6. Complete with tomato sauce (commercially available) ♪
