· Ground chicken ... 150g
· Salt ... a bit
· Green onion ... 5cm
· Ginger ... 2 cm
· Sake ... 1 tsp
· mirin ... 1 tsp
· Potato starch powder ... 1 tbsp
· Bread crumbs ... 1 tbsp
· Pepper ... a bit
· Sesame oil ... some
· Miso ... 2 tbsp
· Honey 1 tbsp
· Somen noodle soup ... 1 tbsp
· Rice ... a cup of tea
· Spring eggs, cabbage, mayonnaise, shellfish radish etc. (As you like) ... some

■ Steps
1. In a plastic bag, mix with ground chicken, salt, chopped green onion, ginger, sake, mirin, potato starch, bread crumbs, and pepper.
2. Heat the frying pan over medium heat and put sesame oil. Dip 1 in a bite size with a spoon and fry until both sides have browned. Take it out once it is fried.
3. Put a 2 frying pan over a low heat and add miso, honey, somen noode soup, honey.
4. Place warmed rice, choped cabbage, and meat balls in a bowl. Add your favorite toppings of your choice.
