・ Cream cheese ... 100g
・ Yogurt 70g
・ Honey ... 60g
・ Lemon juice ... 1 teaspoon
・ Fresh cream ... 100g
・ Gelatin ... 6g
・ Food color: appropriate amount
・ Your favorite candy ...
Mousse: Put cream cheese, yogurt, honey and lemon juice in a food processor and rotate it smoothly. Add melted gelatin and fresh cream and rotate further.
1. Crush the candy.
2. Divide the mousse into three bowls and color each with a food color. Pour into a silicon mold and cool and harden in a freezer for 2 hours.
3. Remove from the mold and cut with a spoon.
4. Put the crushed candy on it.
