No-Bake Red Cheese Cake!

Ingredients (18 cm mold)
· Oreo ... 140 g
· Melted butter ... 2 tablespoons
---- Cheese cake filling ----
· Cream cheese ... 250 g
· Sugar ... 30g
· Lemon juice ... 1 tablespoon
· Raspberry Puree ... 150g
· Gelatin ... 10 g
· Whipped cream ... appropriate amount
· Raspberry ... appropriate amount
· Mint ... appropriate amount
■ Preparation
Bloom gelatin in advance with water and dissolve by microwaving.
Melt butter by microwaving.
■ Steps
1. Crush the biscuit, add melted butter, put it in a mold, press flat into mold and cool it in a refrigerator.
2. Pour cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, raspberry puree into a food processor and blend.
3. Transfer to a bowl and add gelatin and mix.
4. Pour into step 1 and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
5. Once set, squeeze on the whipped cream and decorate with raspberries and mint. It's done♪
