Whole peach sweets♡
<Ingredients>
· Peach ... 2 whole
· Custard cream ... 100 g
· Roll cake ... 2 slices
· Chervil ... appropriate amount
<Steps>
1. Put a petit knife vertically in the dipped stem end of the peach and cut along the fiber around the pit
2. Grasp pit firmly with kitchen scissors and turn to remove
3. Put peach in boiling water for a few seconds, immediately cool it in ice water, and peel off the skin
4. Fill custard cream where the seed was and place it on the roll cake. Garnish with chervil and it's done♪
