· Yarn agar ... 5 g
· Water ... 200ml
· Sugar ... 350g
· Coloring agent ... appropriate quantity
■ Steps
Prepare yarn agar in advance with water
1. In a pan, add water, yarn agar and melt
2. Add sugar and cook until boiling
3. Add mixture to the cooking tray. Add food coloring. Cool for 2 hours in a refrigerator
4. Once it has solidified, cut it in the shape you like. Dry for 2 days
5. Dip dried candy in amber sugar and stick together to create a ring. Complete!
