Miso gratin with plenty of ingredients.
Improving immunity with cheese and miso fermented food.
Also, avocado has a lot of dietary fiber and is healthy for the immune system. Eat deliciously and keep your body healthy!
Ingredients for 2 servings
Chinese Yam white sauce
・ Chinese yam ... 300g
・ Soy milk ... 200 ml
・ Miso ... 1 tbsp
・ Salmon ... 2 slices
・ Shimeji ... 1 pack
・ Broccoli ... 100g
・ Avocado ... 1
・ Salt ... a little
・ Pepper ...
・ Salad oil ... appropriate amount
・ Pizza cheese ... 100g
■ Steps:
Cook broccoli in the microwave for 1 minute beforehand.
1. Grate chopsticks, add soy milk and miso and mix well. Heat in a frying pan for about 5 minutes while mixing until thick.
2. Add salad oil to another frying pan and bake a bite-sized piece of salmon until both sides are brown. Stir-fry with shimeji, broccoli, avocado, salt and pepper.
3. Place 2 or 1 white sauce and pizza cheese on a baking dish and bake in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes to complete.
