■ Cooking time: Approximately 40 minutes (excluding cold storage time)
■ Ingredients cost: About 210 yen

■ Ingredients:
· White rice powder ... 120g
· Soy milk ... 50ml
· Sugar ... 15 g
· Agar ... 15g
· Water ... 350ml
· Sugar ... 60g
· Food color ... appropriate amount

■ Steps:
1, Mix sugar and food coloring with soy milk. (You can also use cocoa to substitute for food coloring)
2, Add the white rice flour into the mixture several times and knead it tightly. (It is about harder than an earlobe)
3, Make a thin beige, brown, black white bean dough. Make a bear so that it is as big as a 5 yen coin. (comparable to a nickel)
4, Put a white bear ball made of dough in boiling water and boil for 1 minute. Once boiled, transfer to cold water.
5, Mix agar and sugar in water and heat it.
6, After it cools down a little, pour it into the Takoyaki maker for 7 minutes.
7, Place the white bear ball in the middle and cover the mixture from step 5.
8, After waiting till it solidifies, complete by removing it from the Takoyaki maker!
