INGREDIENTS (2 SERVES)
(MAYONNAISE & WASABI SAUCE)
・Soy sauce...1/2 tbsp
・Vinegar for sushi rice...1TBSP
1. Mix cooked rice and vinegar together then use a round ring to make two cuts.
2. Blend mayonnaise and wasabi together to make the mixed sauce.
3. Apply a layer of the mixed sauce on one of the round-shaped rice, then top with lettuce, salmon, avocado and the sauce in order then finally top with another round-shaped rice. Sprinkle some black sesame to finish.
