Frozen Watermelon Ice Balls

I tried to make a standard summer watermelon dessert with steamed bread and ice.

■ Ingredients:
Contents of watermelon
・ Strawberry ice ... 700 g
・ Chocolate chip ... appropriate amount

Outside of watermelon
・ Eggs ... 1 piece
・Sugar-20g
・ 30g of milk
・ Yogurt ... 30 g
・ Honey ... 1 tablespoon
・ Butter ... 20 g
・ Pancake mix ... 90 g
・ Corn starch ... 1 teaspoon
・ Matcha powder ... 1 teaspoon
・ Matcha chocolate ... suitable amount

■ Preparation
1. Put eggs, sugar, pancake mix, butter in a bowl and mix.
2. Add milk, yogurt and honey and mix.
3. Add corn starch and powdered green tea powder and mix.

■ Steps:
1. Steam for about 20 minutes to mold the steamed bread dough.
2 Apply the green tea chocolate melted in 1 to make the watermelon pattern.
3. Put strawberry ice cream mixed with chocolate chips into steamed bread.
