They tend to have lines all the time but since they have a lot of seats and people eat fast, you can probably get a seat within 20 minutes. The beef is tender, the noodles are chewy and the soup tastes herbal, in a good way. Long Tong Fung is one of the most popular beef noodle place in Taipei. We ordered half beef shank and half tendon noodle. There are also several different spice on the table that you can add in, I definitely recommend the homemade hot sauce. Great place. Will try the other famous place next time I visit Taipei!
