■ Ingredients (Pudding Cup 6 pieces)

---- Fondant ----
- Butter ... 180g
- Sugar ... 80 g
- Eggs ... 3 pieces
- Flour ... 120g
- Matcha powder ... 30g

---- Ganache ----
· White chocolate ... 100 g
· Heavy cream ... 70ml
· Strawberry Puree ... 50g· Ice cream· Strawberry            

■ Preparation
Apply butter to the mold, sift flour and cool it in a refrigerator.

1. Boil and mix heavy cream and white chocolate in a pot. Add strawberry puree, pour it into the mold and refrigerate until set.
2. Put butter and sugar in the bowl and mix with a hand mixer until it becomes whitish.
3. Add and mix egg to 2. sift flour and powder matcha powder and mix them.
4. Put a small amount of 3 in the mold, put a piece of ganache, pour mixture on top and flatten it.
5. Bake in an oven at 220 ℃ for 13 minutes. Complete after present matcha fondant, ice cream and strawberry on a plate.
