■ Ingredients (for 4 pieces)
Cheese mousse
· Cream cheese ... 100 g
· Yogurt ... 70 g
· Honey ... 60g
· Lemon juice ... 1 teaspoon
· Fresh cream (70% stand) ... 100g
· Gelatin ... 6 g
· Blueberry ... 80g
· Sponge ... appropriate amount
· Agar jelly liquid ... 150ml
■ Steps
1. Add yoghurt, honey, lemon juice to cream cheese which has been to normal temperature and mix until smooth
2. Add melted gelatin and mix
3. Mix fresh cream which has made 70% by two portions
4. Put the round-cut blueberries in the mold, put 3 and place the sponge in the freezer for 2 hours
5. Remove 4 from the mold, put agar jelly from the top and cool in a refrigerator for 1 hour
